We treat patients ages 16 and older for a variety of mental health conditions such as: depression, anxiety, bipolar, attention deficit disorder (ADHD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), schizophrenia, trauma, addiction,  personality disorders, sleep problems and other emotional difficulties associated with medical conditions or major life changes. 

During your initial evaluation, we will get a detailed history from you, develop an initial diagnosis, and create a plan of care together. The plan of care may include education, medication management, and lifestyle changes. We believe mental and physical health are intrinsically linked, and we might provide referrals for a physical examination. In addition, we may decide additional mental health support is needed, such as therapy with our shared space practice Nashville Counseling Associates or psychological testing.
